RESERVATIONS AND PRICES
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices on these pages are stated excluding VAT, as the association is exempt from VAT. Subject to printing/typing errors.
PAYMENT
The member pays the membership fee upon registration. At the start of a new season, a new invoice is sent to the member, unless the membership has been terminated. Campus Sport Kolding does not store the member's credit card information.
RECEIPT
The member receives a receipt for the payment card transaction via e-mail.
TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you no longer wish to be a member of Campus Sport Kolding, you can go to the top right corner under your user profile and select “Cancellation” ("Udmeldelse"). There you can request cancellation. Paid membership fees will not be refunded in connection with the cancellation. After cancellation, you will no longer receive charges from the club.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is no right of withdrawal. And no money is refunded after registration.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Since these are services and not physical products, you are not covered by a right of complaint. However, you may submit a complaint to the board if there are circumstances you disagree with. All complaints will be processed by the board, after which you will receive a response.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY
Campus Sport Kolding reserves the right to block the member's access to the site in the event of non-payment or misuse of the club's property or the association system. No compensation will be provided to the member in the event of a block.
